Leonara’s passion for dance began at the age of 4 in her native The Netherlands, where she grew up dancing Jazz. She recently discovered Ballroom and Latin dancing in 2014, and like many classically trained dancers, quickly discovered how different partner dancing can be. The team work of lead and follow brings a whole new challenge to dancing that Leonara feels is helping her grow as a dancer. Many of you probably know Leonara as the first friendly face you see at Enchanted Ballroom, and she enjoys getting to know each student as they grow in their dance journey!

Nikolay Georgiev (Niki)

Dance Director and Dance Instructor

Niki was born and raised in Ruse, Bulgaria. His passion for dancing started at the young age of 6 and has never stopped. From the age of 9 till 15 he consecutively placed as a finalist in numerous national competitions. During his teen years he was honored to be chosen to join the thirteen time Bulgarian National Latin Formation Team Champions, with which he represented his country in both European and World Championships for the next seven years. He then became a finalist in several open international competitions in Austria, Germany, Hungary, Sweden and Denmark.

In 2007 he and his dance partner Hrisi, were selected to join a world casting for a major dance production first in Turkey and later in South Korea. They spent the next 6 years performing in multi-million dollar productions as well as teaching Ballroom and Latin dancing to people of all ages.

Niki and Hrisi arrived to the United States with big visions of bringing joy and happiness by teaching and sharing their vast knowledge of their passion. The couple began to teach Social and Competitive dance and have earned great success in Regional competitions. They’ve achieved the highest award at National competitive levels with their students.
Niki thinks that dance is a beautiful combination of sport and art! As Niki likes to say, “Teaching is a work of Heart!”

Hristina Spasova (Hrisi)

Dance Instructor

Hrisi started dancing at the age of 6 in her native country Bulgaria. During her teen years, Hrisi was invited to join the Latin formation team by her dance studio, with which she became a multiple time National Champion of Bulgaria.

In 2004, after auditioning to perform in a Major Dance Production, Hrisi and her partner Niki were chosen out of representatives from many countries all over the world. During 2005 Hrisi and Niki were lead performers in 5-Star Hotel Dance Shows in Antalya, Turkey.
In the years 2007 through 2011 they became inspired to spread the magic of dance in South Korea by doing what they love most: Ballroom Dancing.

In 2013, Hrisi and Niki came to the USA to share their vast knowledge in Ballroom dance to their students, and to continue to compete professionally.

The best part about teaching people how to dance for Hrisi is the satisfaction she receives from seeing the growth and the progress of her students and knowing that she took a part in enriching their lives!
